Caledonian Midwest Sales, Inc. (CMS) is a Michigan based machine tool sales and service organization, dedicated to the sales and service support of several Swiss machine tool companies. CMS was established in 1983 to represent Ernst Grob AG (Switzerland) during the initial expansion of their activities into North America.
Our goal is to provide our customers with improved communication, installation, field service, parts and tooling supplies. Purchasing expensive production machine tools which are built overseas can, in many cases, present communication problems and risk in terms of timely response to our customers needs. Our commitment to after-sales service has established a very important link between our Swiss machine tool builders and our North American customers. CMS, some twenty five years later, continues to service the needs of Grob’s many North American customers.
